Chipotle Mexican Grill in Nebraska

"If you’ve been to one, then this one is pretty standard. Quality here I’ve found is pretty good compared to some others (thus far). Not necessarily in Omaha, but abroad in general. Food was warm, rice was cooked well, and ingredients were tasty and seemed fresh. Service was also pretty good. People were friendly and the line moved fairly quickly. If you need the restroom, you need a code. Perhaps something to keep the vagrants or non-customers from going in there. Slight inconvenience, but probably not all bad. I do continue to feel that they should try and be a bit more competitive like Qdoba. There are things like queso that come for free at Qdoba, yet you have to pay extra at Chipotle. Little things like that, literally cause people to visit the competitors instead at times. Yes, it may cost you 20 cents extra to do this, but a more frequent returning customer will make that up and then some. It’s a win win in the long run for both sides."

"We picked this up for lunch at the office and both our steak/chicken burritos were delicious, same with the carnitas bowl! Friendly service and quick turnaround times. We'll be back again!"

"December 26th, 2025. I took a healthy 24 minute walk from Genesis Health Clubs Midtown (up Farnam to Saddle Creek) to try the new Protein Menu. This location is poppin and does it right great job Chipotle! (BTW the SUPREME COURT sided with Chipotle against claims similar to many of the negative reviews on here in that they are erroneous & frivolous js.)"

"The food is fresh and pretty good. I think there are better options available. In my opinion Crisp and Green is superior quality for the price. Chipotle is great in a pinch but not the best. However, the service is exemplary considering it's a line like subway. The kids that work there are polite, helpful, and fast. Not to mention hard workers! Kudos on training and hiring."

"Always a friendly staff. No matter how busy, the staff is kind. They give adequate portion sizes. The guac is sometimes not the freshest, but the flavor is still good. The photo is of a steak bowl with everything"
